Formally incorporated in Sierra Leone in 2022, Gr8 Vision Investment SL Ltd began as a general investment company and has grown into a multi-disciplinary contractor and supplier. The company’s evolution reflects an integrated model: construction services are supported by a robust procurement (general merchandise) arm and a specialized aluminium fabrication division, enabling end-to-end delivery from materials to installation.

Chief Executive Officer/ Founder
Alpha Musa
Mr. Alpha Musa is a dynamic young entrepreneur and visionary leader, serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gr8 Vision Investment SL Ltd, a fast-growing, multifaceted company based in Sierra Leone. With a strong passion for innovation, business growth, and national development, he has positioned himself as one of the promising entrepreneurs shaping the construction and general investment landscape in the country.
Driven by ambition and resilience, Mr. Musa founded Gr8 Vision Investment SL Ltd with a clear mission: to deliver excellence across multiple sectors, including construction, home improvement, aluminium fabrication, and heavy-duty equipment dealership services. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted name known for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, serving clients in Sierra leone.
Mr. Musa holds a BSc in Public Sector Management from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, also hold a Post graduate diploma in construction management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Administration at Njala University. His academic background, combined with practical entrepreneurial experience, provides him with the unique ability to blend strategic management skills with innovative business solutions.
